  18. I have a quick issue, I installed kermit on my FreeBSD 3.0 box the other
  19. day, and telneted to it using Procomm Plus to test it.  After I connected I
  20. started up kermit, and told it to send me a file called test.txt that I had
  21. created moments before.  The file transfer started, and procomm detected the
  22. filename, but no file contents were transfered over and the whole thing
  23. eventualy times out.

  25. I thought this could be a Procomm plus issue until I tried with neterm and
  26. got the same results (gets just past "Recieved an 'A' packet" then times out
  27. just like procomm.

  29. Is this something with my setup, or something else?

  32. FYI: is there public sites that allow kermit xfers on the net that I can
  33. test if its the client or server application?
